He’s welcome to make that argument if it’s true. But I also say that the quotas for the different streams should be filled based on the criteria for that stream. Filling the humanitarian intake based on criteria for skilled migrants just defeats the purpose of a humanitarian program.

Yeah the abs doesn’t publish stats at the country level past the ten most frequent countries (hence why we have numbers for migrants from countries like Indian, China, Italy etc but not for less frequent ones)
